Ingredients
– Sweet potato noodles
– Generous amount of soy sauce
– Generous amount of sesame oil
– Splash of rice vinegar
– 1 spoon sugar
– Dried mushrooms
– Dried tofu chunks
– Vegetables very finely chopped (broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, spinach, spring onion, etc.)
– Fried onions
Preparation
You can decide for yourself which vegetables you want in this dish. I do all amounts by feel and taste in between.
Boil water in your pan. When it’s hot, add the noodles. When the noodles become soft, add the vegetables. Then add all the seasonings and at the end the dried mushrooms and tofu. Wait until the dried ingredients are fully hydrated. If its ready put some spring onion and fried onion on top. Bon appetit!
